Three ways to be held

There's no version of working with me where you get half a doula. Every package comes with my whole heart: the knowledge, the preparation, the unwavering support. The difference is simply how much of your journey we share.

Now welcoming clients with due dates from April 2027. I keep my calendar deliberately small, so when you're ready, reach out early. Payment plans are available for everything.

  • Personalised birth preferences or resources sent within the week

  • Your $280 comes off Held or Haven if you book within 30 days

Held

· $2,500

Every contraction, every decision, every moment: Held.

  • A free discovery call, where we see if our energy clicks. We chat, we laugh, you ask me anything, and if it feels right, we begin.

  • A welcome box: little things chosen with care, to mark the beginning of us.

  • 3 prenatal home visits (around 8 hours together). These happen in your home, where you're most yourself. We'll build your birth preferences through informed decision making, unpack fears, practise and explore comfort measures and labour positions, get you confident with the TENS, and help your partner find their groove. Deep chats, lots of laughs, and a relationship that means when labour comes, you’re already super comfortable with me.

  • Unlimited text and call support. From the moment you sign until 6 weeks postpartum. The long voice notes, the "WTF is this?" texts, the venting, the celebrating, the gentle reminders that you've actually got this. Not sure if that’s mucus plug? Send me a pic, girlfriend.

  • 24/7 on-call from 36 weeks. I’ll be available to you whenever you need.

  • Full birth support, home and hospital, however your baby arrives. Caesarean, epidural, unmedicated: every birth gets held the same, and I stay until you’re settled with your babe and feeling ready for me to go. Basically, I'm your ride or die, but with a TENS machine and snacks.

  • Use of my TENS machine, birth sling and peanut ball, and the training to actually use them.

  • A trusted backup Doula network. Life happens, but you will never be left unsupported.

  • Counselling-informed emotional support woven through everything (I have the Diploma and the lived experience) Emotional support is the heart of how I work.

  • 1 postpartum visit (2 hours). I'll come to you in those raw, beautiful early days. We'll debrief your birth properly, I'll bring you a nourishing meal, and hold space for whatever you’re feeling.

Note: My counselling Diploma means I listen better and hold space for feelings steadier, it doesn't mean I'm counselling you. If you ever need more than a Doula, I'll help you find it.

Haven

· $4,200

Everything in Held, plus a soft landing at home.

Everything in Held, plus:

  • I come to your prenatal appointments (up to 3 key ones): a second set of ears, the asker of questions, the hand to squeeze when the obstetrician talks fast.

  • A postpartum plan, built before baby comes. Everyone plans the birth, but almost nobody plans the landing. Together we'll map your fourth trimester before it arrives…the visitor rules, the feeding intentions, whose on nappy duty, the boundaries you'll be too tired to discuss later. Let’s think about it now, so it doesn’t cause stress later.

  • 4 postpartum visits (3 hours each) across your first six weeks. A home cooked dinner, a load of washing popped on, feeding and settling support, birth debriefing, and holding space for all of those huge postpartum emotions. These visits are about easing your load, and making sure you’re nurtured and cared for too.

  • Extended phone/text support to 12 weeks postpartum. The fourth trimester doesn't end at six weeks, so neither will my support.

When labour begins, I come to you, and from that moment, you don't hold anything alone.

I'll set your space up the way birth likes it: fairy lights on, candles lit, big lights off. Your preferences won't live folded in a bag; everyone who needs to know them will know them, and if we're birthing in hospital, every midwife and doctor who walks through that door will be handed a copy. I'll keep you and your partner nourished and hydrated. If I sense you're feeling a little stuck, or the room needs something different, I'll gently suggest a new position or a change of scene, whatever shifts and lifts the energy. When your mind needs somewhere soft to land, I'll talk you through a meditation. If the shower is where you need me, then I'm in the shower (literally. I will get in the shower with you).

And here is the heart of it: your birth is not about me. I'm there to protect your space and the beautiful bubble around you. You'll find me at the edges of the room, guarding the quiet, pouring love into you when you need it, and giving you, your body, your partner and your baby room to do what you're doing. Never in the way. Always close enough to reach.

And if labour takes you somewhere deep and dark, I'll go down into the pits with you. I'll stay beside you in there, and I'll walk you back out. I'll be the one who makes you laugh when you were sure you couldn't.

I'll catch the vomit. I'll wipe your tears. I'll stroke your hair for hours on end.

From the first surge to the first feed, I am yours, and your partner's, constant.

What I actually do at your birth

Not sure yet, just want a one off session, or carrying a past birth that needs unpacking? The Doula Date.

Want full support through pregnancy, birth, and those first raw days? Held.

Want all of that, plus to be nurtured once your baby is here? Haven. That's the soft landing.

None of those sounding quite right? Don’t stress Queen, custom packages exist and we can work something out!

Which one is right for me?

I come to you anywhere within about 50 minutes of Carrum Downs: Frankston, the Mornington Peninsula, and across South East Melbourne. And I'll support you wherever you're birthing, whether that’s public or private, with an OB or through a midwifery program, in a hospital or at home.

Payment plans are available for every package, if you need flexibility, just ask.

And because you might be quietly wondering: I have a small circle of trusted backup Doulas. If life ever pulls me away at the worst possible moment, someone wonderful steps in, already briefed on you and ready to hold you the same way. You will never be left alone.
